00Launch waitlist

0.1. GTA Online boosting has not launched yet. Until it does, the only data this site collects from you is the email address you submit to the launch waitlist, together with the technical data described in section 2 (IP address and user agent), which we keep to stop the form being abused.

0.2. We use that address for one purpose: to tell you when boosting opens. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete the address at any time by writing to help@elostore.pro.

01Overview

1.1. This Privacy Policy explains what information GTASTORE ("we", "us") collects when you use https://gtastore.pro/, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.

1.2. We collect only the data we need to run the service. We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising or tracking on this site.

02Information we collect

2.1. We collect the following categories of information:

• Account details: email address, name or nickname, and a contact for communication (Telegram or Discord username). You provide these when registering or placing an order.
• Order data: order parameters and status, messages in the order and support chats, and reviews you leave.
• Authentication data: a password hash (we never store passwords in plain text) and session identifiers.
• Payment data: transaction amount, status and identifier reported by the payment processor. See section 4 for details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser user-agent and security logs, collected automatically to keep the service running and secure.
• Game account access data: only if your order requires it and only with your explicit consent, credentials you share for the duration of the order.

03How we use your information

3.1. We use the information listed above to:

• create and maintain your account and sign you in;
• process orders and deliver the services you purchase;
• communicate with you about your orders and answer support requests;
• keep the service secure, prevent fraud and abuse;
• resolve disputes and handle refund requests;
• comply with legal obligations where they apply to us.

3.2. We do not use your data for third-party marketing and we do not send promotional emails without your consent.

04Payments

4.1. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments, an independent third-party payment processor. Your payment is made directly through the processor's checkout.

4.2. We do not collect or store wallet private keys, seed phrases, card numbers or any other payment credentials. We receive from the processor only the data needed to match a payment to your order: amount, currency, status and transaction identifier.

4.3. The processor handles your payment data under its own privacy policy, available on the NOWPayments website.

05Cookies

5.1. We keep cookies to a minimum:

• Session cookie: strictly necessary to keep you signed in. The site cannot work without it.
• Local storage: your browser may keep a draft of the order calculator so you do not lose your configuration. This data stays on your device.

5.2. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on gtastore.pro.

5.3. You can delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Deleting the session cookie signs you out.

06How we share information

6.1. We share personal data only when it is necessary to run the service:

• Boosters: the specialist assigned to your order sees the minimum needed to perform it (your name or nickname, contact, order parameters and, where the order requires it and you have provided it, temporary game account access). Boosters are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Payment processor (NOWPayments): to process payments and refunds.
• Hosting and email providers: to run the site and send transactional emails (registration confirmation, password reset, order notifications).
• Authorities: only in response to a valid legal request.

6.2. We never sell or rent personal data to anyone.

07Data retention

7.1. We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Records connected to orders and payments are kept for a reasonable period after account deletion for dispute resolution and legal compliance, then deleted or anonymized.

7.2. Game account credentials shared for an order are used only for that order and are not retained after it is completed. We recommend changing your password once the order is done.

08Security

8.1. We protect your data with technical and organizational measures, including:

• encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) across the whole site;
• passwords stored only as salted cryptographic hashes;
• two-factor authentication and action logging for administrative access;
• rate limiting and other protections against automated attacks;
• access to personal data restricted to staff who need it for their work.

09Your rights

9.1. You can at any time:

• request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete your account and personal data, subject to records we must keep for dispute resolution or legal compliance;
• object to a specific use of your data.

9.2. Send requests to help@elostore.pro from the email address linked to your account so we can verify it is you. We respond within 10 business days.

10Children

10.1. The service is intended for users who are of legal age in their jurisdiction (18 in most countries). If we learn that we hold data of a child collected without the required consent, we delete it.

11Changes to this Policy

11.1. We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at https://gtastore.pro/privacy. Material changes are additionally announced by email or in your dashboard.
