00Service status

0.1. Grand Theft Auto VI is scheduled for release on 19 November 2026, and its online mode follows later. Until GTA Online is live, GTASTORE does not sell, accept orders for or take payment for boosting services.

0.2. Prices shown by the calculator on this site are estimates for planning only. They are not an offer, and no contract is formed by using the calculator or joining the waitlist.

0.3. The sections below describe how orders will work once the service opens.

01Agreement to these Terms

1.1. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of GTASTORE, a digital services platform for Grand Theft Auto Online available at https://gtastore.pro/ ("GTASTORE", "we", "us").

1.2. By creating an account, placing an order, paying for an order or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1.3. In these Terms:

• "Service" means a digital service for Grand Theft Auto Online ordered through the site, such as in-game money delivery, RP and rank boosting, level and achievement progress, heists, missions and races completed by experienced players.
• "Order" means the set of parameters (type of boost, starting and target values, platform, region, options, estimated timeframe, price) that you configure on the site and that is saved to your account dashboard.
• "Booster" means a vetted specialist engaged by GTASTORE to perform the Service on our behalf.
• "You" or "Client" means the person who places an Order.

1.4. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (18 in most countries) or use the service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

02The services we provide

2.1. GTASTORE provides digital services for Grand Theft Auto Online: in-game money, RP and rank boosting, level and achievement progress, and services where a Booster plays together with you.

2.2. All work is performed manually by human players. We do not use cheats, scripts, exploits or any form of automation, and we refuse requests to use them.

2.3. The essential parameters of each Service are fixed in the Order card in your account dashboard and form part of the agreement between you and GTASTORE. Any additional scope agreed later in the order chat is quoted and paid for separately before that part of the work begins.

03Your account

3.1. To place an Order you create an account with a valid email address, a contact for communication (Telegram or Discord) and a password. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3.2. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account until you notify us that it has been compromised.

3.3. We may suspend or restrict an account in cases of fraud, abuse, repeated registration to circumvent restrictions, or other violations of these Terms.

04Pricing and payment

4.1. Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) and are calculated by the on-site calculator based on the parameters you select. The price shown at checkout is fixed for that Order at the moment of payment.

4.2. Payment is made in cryptocurrency and is processed by NOWPayments, an independent third-party payment processor. The exact cryptocurrency amount is calculated at checkout at the processor's exchange rate. Blockchain network fees charged by your wallet or the network are borne by you.

4.3. We do not collect or store your wallet keys, seed phrases or any other payment credentials. Payment details are handled entirely by the payment processor.

4.4. Your payment obligation is considered fulfilled, and the contract for the Order is formed, when the payment is confirmed by the payment processor. If a transaction is underpaid, overpaid or delayed on the network, contact support and we will resolve it together with the processor.

05Service delivery

5.1. We start working on an Order within a reasonable time after the payment is confirmed and we have received all information required for the Order, including, where the Order requires it, access to the game account.

5.2. Estimated timeframes shown by the calculator are estimates based on our average statistics, not guarantees. Actual delivery time depends on matchmaking queues, Order complexity and other factors outside our control. If a material delay occurs, we notify you in the order chat and agree on a solution.

5.3. The Service is considered delivered when the target parameters specified in the Order (amount of in-game money, RP, rank, level or achievements) are reached and we notify you in the order chat. If you do not raise a reasoned objection within 3 calendar days of that notice, the Service is deemed accepted.

5.4. The Service is also considered delivered if the achieved result differs from the target by no more than 1 percent downward, because a single payout or session in Grand Theft Auto Online normally moves the balance by more than that and an extra run would exceed the ordered scope.

5.5. Communication about an Order happens in the order chat in your dashboard or by email.

06Game account access and security

6.1. If an Order requires login access to your game account, you provide the credentials through the protected field in the Order card or in the order chat.

6.2. Before sharing access, you should take reasonable precautions:

• enable two-step verification (in Rockstar Games Social Club and on the linked email) and be ready to share one-time codes on request;
• temporarily remove stored payment methods from the platform account;
• tell us about anything unusual on the account (regional restrictions, active penalties, temporary limitations).

6.3. You can choose the "no account sharing" (Duo) option where available: the Booster plays in the same team with you and never receives your credentials.

6.4. After the Service is completed, we recommend changing the account password and ending all active sessions in the platform's security settings.

07Prohibited conduct

7.1. When using GTASTORE, you must not:

• provide false information or credentials for accounts you do not own or control;
• share access to your GTASTORE dashboard with third parties without our consent;
• ask a Booster to use cheats, scripts or any other prohibited software;
• manipulate the payment flow, abuse chargeback or dispute mechanisms, or attempt to circumvent site restrictions;
• harass, threaten or abuse our staff or Boosters;
• post knowingly false reviews or reports intended to manipulate reputation.

7.2. Violation of this section entitles us to refuse or terminate the Service and to suspend dashboard access, with a refund limited to the part of the Order that has not been performed.

08Third-party platforms and risk disclosure

8.1. GTASTORE is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Sony Interactive Entertainment or Microsoft. All game titles, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.

8.2. You should know before ordering: the Rockstar Games Terms of Service and the Grand Theft Auto Online rules do not permit account sharing or paid boosting. Using boosting services therefore carries an inherent risk of platform sanctions against your game account, including temporary or permanent bans, removal of in-game money, progress rollbacks and feature restrictions. This risk comes from the platforms' own policies and cannot be fully eliminated by anyone.

8.3. We take every reasonable precaution to minimize this risk: all games are played manually by human players, without cheats or scripts, with a careful activity pattern. However, we cannot guarantee that no sanctions will ever occur, and we are not liable for decisions made by platform operators.

8.4. By placing an Order you acknowledge that you understand and accept this risk. A platform sanction applied after the Service has been delivered does not mean the Service was defective and does not create a right to a refund.

09Refunds

9.1. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short: full refund before work begins, a proportional refund after partial completion, and no refund once the Order is completed.

9.2. Refunds of cryptocurrency payments are sent in the same cryptocurrency, as described in the Refund Policy. Network fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

10Disclaimers and limitation of liability

10.1. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

10.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to a specific Order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that Order.

10.3. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of virtual items or in-game progress caused by third parties, or platform sanctions described in section 8.

10.4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you as a consumer.

11Changes to these Terms

11.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at https://gtastore.pro/offer and takes effect when published, unless stated otherwise.

11.2. Orders placed before a change remain governed by the version of the Terms in effect at the moment of payment. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms for new Orders.
